Acupressure
This is a good way to heal your chakra and meridian lines in order to bring you body to a point of healing. I personally like to start with the feet because the nerves in your feet connect with every other part of the body, not to mention that is were you are rounded. From there I can work up to the chakra points, starting with the root chakra and moving all the way into the crown chakra, this will not only clean your chakra, but will also help to realign you meridian line. The aim is to heal you physically as well as spiritually, if one is healed and the other is not then there will be an imbalance which will result in recurrence of original problem.
Different Herbs from around the world
I find that in healing it will start with your diet. A combination of herbs (either in salads of prepped into you main dishes. I have developed a combination of green herbs, and I use organic as often as possible but never less than all natural. I'm a firm believer in spiritual touch, this is also referred to as hands on healing by many different religions. even though it is practiced by various religions does not negate the effectual nature of the healing, simply because it is God doing the healing through spirit not the person. As I have time I will continue to add information so all may know and come to realize our FATHER who is in control of all.. Though HE is in all not all are in HIM...
UPDATE:
Due to health conditions since 2008 and recent diagnosis of this past year of myofascial neuropathy I have been studying myofascial release and I found out that it is also a technique related to another that I have been studying up on for the past two years and that is cranial-sacral massage. there are many massage therapist every where. What I am doing is finding the best ones and those will be the ones I support and recommend. I contact the therapist and I will talk to them and will find what their specialty is and go from there.I will pray and meditate before the contact so that I can feel the Vibrations and spiritual balance they have and how it will match you.
